Dimos Praskidis is an accomplished project controls engineer with extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects across various sectors, including oil and gas and infrastructure. Notable roles include serving as a Senior Project Controls Engineer at Archirodon Group N.V., where Dimos established progress measurement systems and led cost control teams to achieve zero budget overruns on significant contracts for clients such as ADNOC and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Dimos began career foundations at the Hellenic Army and has also contributed in civil project management roles, acquiring advanced degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completing an MBA at INSEAD.
