Gina Fridley

Gina Fridley is an experienced professional with a robust background in both consulting and research. At Bain & Company from August 2017 to July 2024, Gina held positions as Partner, Associate Partner, and Manager, demonstrating a progression of leadership and expertise in the consulting field. Prior to that, between September 2009 and August 2014, Gina contributed to the University of Washington as a Technology Commercialization Post-Doctoral Fellow, focusing on commercialization strategies for point-of-care diagnostic tests, and as a Graduate Research Fellow, specializing in the development of sensitive and affordable diagnostic tests. Additionally, in March 2013, Gina served as a Brighter Futures Conference Reporter at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, documenting unmet needs in medical diagnostics across Peru. Gina holds an SB in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Washington.
