Ilkka Leppävuori

Ilkka Leppävuori is a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, where extensive experience spans from August 2006 to present, focusing on industrial goods and services as well as telecommunications. Leppävuori has developed deep expertise in areas such as growth strategies, sales force effectiveness, performance improvement, organizational restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Bain & Company, Leppävuori worked at Elcoteq from October 2002 to August 2006, serving as Manager of Corporate Strategy. Leppävuori holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on business economics, corporate strategy, and telecommunications from Tampere University of Technology, and also studied at Chalmers University of Technology.
