Jeff Haxer

Jeff Haxer is a Partner and the Global Leader of Bain & Company's Divestitures and Spin-offs product, as well as a leader in the Americas Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. Over nearly two decades, they have worked with prominent companies across various industries, providing strategic guidance on M&A activities, including leading over 45 corporate and private equity due diligence assessments. They advised on more than 35 transactions, collectively valued at over $300 billion. Jeff earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BBA with honors from the University of Michigan.
