Jeff Woods

Jeff Woods is a partner at Bain & Company, specializing in advisory roles within the U.S. healthcare sector for over 20 years. In the Private Equity Practice, they focus on advising firms that invest in healthcare and life sciences businesses. Prior to this role, Jeff was a Managing Director and Co-Head of EY-Parthenon’s Healthcare Practice, where they founded the U.S. Healthcare Practice and enhanced its capabilities for private equity and corporate strategy clients. Jeff began their career at The Parthenon Group and has extensive expertise in strategy development, commercial due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions. They earned an MBA from Dartmouth College and also hold a Master's in Evaluative Clinical Sciences from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
