Prashant Iyer

Prashant Iyer is a Partner at Bain & Company, specializing in the Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice and serving as the Product Lead for Industrial Service Excellence in the Americas. With over 10 years of consulting and industry experience, they have successfully managed transformation, organizational design, and growth strategy cases for aerospace, defense, and automotive clients. Prashant leads training efforts at the Chicago office and is the leader of the Asians at Bain affinity group. Prior to Bain, they worked as a Private Equity Associate at H.I.G. Capital and began their career as an investment banker at Citi. Prashant holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and dual bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.
