Prerna Arya

Prerna Arya currently holds the position of Senior Manager at Bain & Company since September 2022, following a role as Manager at Johnson & Johnson in Health Tech Strategy & Business Operations from December 2021 to June 2022. Prerna served as an HBS Leadership Fellow and Special Advisor to the Managing Director for the CEO at Harlem Children's Zone from July 2021 to December 2021 and completed a management internship at Swasth in June 2020.
