Putera Utama

Putera Utama is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy execution and consulting across Southeast Asia. Currently serving as a Manager at Bain & Company since January 2021, Putera leads teams in implementing strategies in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, driving measurable results. Prior to this role, Putera worked at Deloitte Consulting from February 2015 to September 2020 as a Consultant in Strategy and Operations, focusing on collaboration between the public and private sectors, government and infrastructure project delivery, policy formulation, and state-owned enterprise transformation. Additionally, Putera served as a Specialist in Communication for the President's Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight in 2013, contributing to the Open Government Indonesia initiative. Putera holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BA in Economics from the University of Indonesia, complemented by a high school education at Canisius College.
