Rav Kaur

Rav Kaur is the Director of Vector Talent and Operations at Bain & Company. They previously held various roles at Bain, including Senior Manager and Manager in Staffing and Professional Development, focusing on private equity consulting. Before joining Bain, Rav worked at PwC Australia as a Network Manager and Human Capital Advisor. They also served as the HR Learning and Development Manager at iEtiquette, an organization dedicated to empowering women. Rav holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney.
