Sarah Cantu

Sarah Cantu is the Director of Americas Benefits at Bain & Company, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Cantu served as Senior Manager of Americas Benefits at Bain from 2017 to 2022, and prior to that, worked as Benefits Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from 2011 to 2017. Cantu began their career in human resources as the Human Resources Manager at First Community Bank, where they worked from 2003 to 2011. Cantu studied at the University of Central Missouri from 1998 to 2001.
