Lynne Knapp

Lynne Knapp is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Benefits for the Americas at UCB since November 2011. With a background that includes roles such as Senior Benefits Manager at Georgia Banking Company and Director of International Benefits at First Data Corporation, Lynne has demonstrated expertise in managing comprehensive benefits programs and HR functions across various organizations. Previous positions include HR Director at eONE Global and Director of Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS at First Image, where Lynne oversaw significant HR operations and employee benefit alignments. Lynne holds a Bachelor's degree in Individual & Family Studies from Penn State University and has furthered education at The Wharton School.
