Shailendra Singh

Shailendra Singh is the Vice President and Head of Global Business Services at Bain & Company in India, overseeing a team of over 400 people since 2022. With a background at Evalueserve from 2002 to 2004, Shailendra contributed to the company's growth from approximately 100 to 500 employees while managing multiple projects and key client relationships. Shailendra had a significant tenure at Bain & Company from 2004 to 2022 as a Senior Director, where responsibilities included business development, staffing, and leading initiatives within the M&A practice. Shailendra holds a BE in Production from Nagpur University and a PGDM in Finance, Systems, and Marketing from the Goa Institute of Management.
