Stefanie Jacobsen is an associate partner in our Financial Services and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices, based in Berlin.
She holds deep expertise across the financial services sphere, specializing in banking. Her case work primarily concerns retail banking, with a focus on digital and distribution transformation and development of “engine 2” business models.
Stefanie also advises clients on retail and corporate banking strategy, contact center transformation, the Net Promoter System®, and asset management.
Aside from her client work, she is an active mentor for young female talents within Bain and leads our Women@Bain program in the Berlin office.
She holds a Master of International Business from HEC Paris and a BBA from the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
