Thilo Burdessa

Thilo Burdessa is a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, where they have progressively advanced through various roles, including Consultant and Manager, since joining in 2023. Before this, Thilo served as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger, focusing on restructuring and performance transformations from 2019 to 2022. Thilo began their career as a Corporate Student and later worked as a Financial Controller at Wollschläger GmbH & Co. KG from 2013 to 2016, and completed internships at Siemens Management Consulting and Horváth & Partners Management Consultants in 2018 and 2017, respectively. They continue their education with a Master of Science in Management at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and participate in a semester abroad at Jönköping International Business School.
