Yara Najm

Yara Najm is a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, where Yara has worked since January 2020, progressing from Consultant to Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company, Humanitarian Engineering Initiative Coordinator at the American University of Beirut, Freelance Officer in Analytics & Research at Bernoulli Finance, and Junior Urban Planner at Yazigi Atelier. Additionally, Yara contributed as an Analyst for the Iraq Market Research Initiative and was a Research Coordinator on a joint project between LSE and AUB. Earlier career experiences include serving as Office Manager for the EU-funded project "Cleaner Energy Saving Mediterranean Cities" and completing an internship at the Arab Forum for Environment and Development. Yara holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Urban Planning and Policies from the American University of Beirut, along with various educational achievements in humanitarian engineering and environmental health.
