Austin Gardner-Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Austin is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Drivepoint since January 2021. Prior to this, Austin worked at Hill Holliday from 2016 to 2021, holding the position of SVP, Growth. In this role, they were responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing sales, business development, and marketing functions. Before that, Austin worked at Nanigans from 2014 to 2016 as the VP of Product/Product Marketing, where they led UI/UX overhaul, served as product owner, and transitioned to lead product marketing. Austin also worked at General Assembly as an Instructor in Digital Marketing from 2013 to 2015. Austin spent three years at Hill Holliday starting in 2011, initially as an Editor in the Content Department and later as the VP of Service Design. Austin's early work experience includes being the Founding Product Lead at American Inno, where they led product strategy and development, and working as an Assistant Program Manager at MetroLacrosse, Inc. Austin also had an internship at Amacher & Associates Architecture.
Austin Gardner-Smith attended The Taft School from 2001 to 2004. Austin then went on to enroll at Boston College from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major fields of study at Boston College included English, Political Science, and Environmental Studies.
