Neil May

Neil May is a seasoned professional in human performance and air traffic operations with extensive experience in various roles at NATS from 1990 to 2020, culminating as Director of Human Performance. In this role, Neil led a team of 25 specialists to enhance safety and efficiency in air traffic operations.
