Rachel Horne

Rachel Horne is an experienced professional with a diverse background in counseling, sports, and service roles. Currently serving as a Foster Parent Recruiter at The Bair Foundation since March 2023 and as a Sports & Fitness Specialist with The Starz Program, Rachel has also worked as a bartender/server at The Shack and previously held positions as a surfing instructor at Wave Riding Vehicles and a mental health counselor at Family Insight, P.C. Other roles include working as a cocktail waitress and a content writer with FlockU, LLC, as well as an intern at The Gray Haven, a human trafficking organization. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from Longwood University, where education was completed in 2017.
