Shafraz Hussaindeen

Shafraz Hussaindeen has a robust background in finance, currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Bairaha Farms PLC since July 2013, with previous roles as Finance Manager and Accountant within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Internal Auditor at The Capital Maharaja Group from March 2010 to June 2013. Shafraz holds an ACCA qualification, achieved between September 2020 and June 2022, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, where studies were completed from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, Shafraz earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Human Resource Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura from 2007 to 2011, and completed secondary education at Zahira College, Colombo, from 1993 to 2006.
