This team manages the entire product lifecycle from sourcing to final display, ensuring the product assortment is contemporary and inspiring. They work closely with design, marketing, and retail teams to optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and inventory levels to meet customer demand across Baird’s retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and wholesale channels.

Merchandising Team

The Retail and Sales Management team at Baird Group is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our retail stores and sales operations. This team ensures smooth retail operations across all locations, manages sales strategies to meet targets, coordinates regional support and projects, and collaborates with store managers to elevate customer experiences. By driving both in-store and regional sales initiatives, they support the company's mission to Dress Men Well and solidify Baird Group as the premier destination for contemporary menswear.
