Brandon R. Tomjack

Brandon R. Tomjack’s clients include large national banks, regional banks, community banks, credit unions, and other creditors. He practices in both state and federal courts, including the United States bankruptcy court, representing clients as secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation involving commercial transactions. Brandon also assists clients with both commercial and residential real estate foreclosures, replevins, non-judicial repossessions and sales of personal property, liquidation of SBA-guaranteed loans, non-judicial workouts, and the Uniform Commercial Code.
