Sharon R. Kresha primarily represents clients with respect to business, tax and estate planning, trusts and estates.
Sharon is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. She also is involved in the Section on Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law of the Nebraska State Bar Association. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 1999 for her work in Trusts and Estates. In 2011 and 2020, Sharon was designated by Best Lawyers in America as the Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year in Omaha. Sharon has earned the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) through the American College.
Sharon serves on the Board of Directors for the Great Plains Tax Institute and has served as president thereof, is a member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council and has served as president thereof. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska State Bar Foundation.
Sharon has presented for Nebraska Continuing Legal Education, Inc., the Nebraska State Bar Association and the University of Nebraska College of Law, among other organizations.
