Scott Koenig P.e.

Scott Koenig P.E., ICMA-CM, currently serves as Firm Administrator at Baird Mandalas Brockstedt & Federico LLC since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at KCI Technologies, Inc. from August 2020 to August 2022, Town Manager for the Town of Dewey Beach from March 2018 to August 2020, and an extensive tenure as City Manager at the City of Dover, which spanned from June 1990 until retirement in March 2017. Scott also held the position of Public Services Manager/Director of Public Works during part of the time at the City of Dover. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech (1985-1990) and a Master of Business Administration from Delaware State University (2004-2006).
