Ashley Kohler

Ashley Kohler, MHRLR, SPHR, is a seasoned HR Technology Analyst currently serving as a Senior HR Technology Analyst at Baird since January 2012. In this role, Ashley oversees the functionality and configuration of the Workday HRIS platform, demonstrating expertise in various Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting, and managing integrations for employee engagement surveying using Peakon. Ashley also coordinates annual updates to the Baird Associate Handbook and has contributed to policy management within SharePoint. Prior experience includes a role at Tri City National Bank as a Personal Banking Representative and building maintenance at St. Aloysius Parish/MQS Catholic Academy. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
