Damiaan van Ballegooijen

Damiaan van Ballegooijen possesses extensive experience in investment banking, currently serving as Director of Investment Banking, M&A at Baird since March 2015, where previous roles included Vice President, Associate, and Analyst in the same department. Prior to Baird, Damiaan worked at NIBC Bank from September 2012 to February 2015, attaining positions as Associate and Analyst in M&A, along with an internship. Early career experiences include a microfinance and entrepreneurship project with AIESEC Makerere University in Uganda and a research internship at the Capital Markets Authority. Educational credentials include an MSc in Finance and Investments and a Bachelor in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, complemented by studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
