Ellyn Szewczyk

Ellyn Szewczyk, AuD, currently serves as Operations Project Manager and Assistant Vice President at Baird since April 2023. Prior to this role, Szewczyk held significant positions at ADVENT from July 2012 to January 2023, including Head of Quality and Improvement, where a focus on enhancing patient experiences across 13 clinic sites was achieved through team coaching and process monitoring. Szewczyk also managed operations as Hearing Center Manager, overseeing staff, financials, and department initiatives, and previously worked as an Audiologist, conducting evaluations and treatment for hearing loss. Earlier experience includes a role as Clinical Audiologist at Greater Milwaukee Otolaryngology, LLC, where comprehensive evaluations and marketing strategies for the Audiology Department were developed. Szewczyk earned a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
