Nicole Adrian

Nicole Adrian is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and internal communications. Currently serving as a Senior Public Relations Specialist at Baird since March 2025, Nicole previously held the position of Communications Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation from December 2022 to February 2025. Prior to that, Nicole spent over a decade at Bader Rutter, progressing through various roles including Group Leader of Public Relations, where responsibilities included PR strategy, media relations, and team mentoring. Nicole's career began in journalism with Community Newspapers Inc. and ASQ, focusing on content development and reporting. Nicole holds a degree in English and Professional Writing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and has studied at London Metropolitan University and Université de Savoie.
