Matias Scalerandi

Matias Scalerandi has extensive experience in project management and software delivery, currently serving as the Head of Governance Client Services Processes and Delivery Manager at BairesDev since July 2019. Matias leads a team of 10 Project Managers and oversees over 370 software engineers across 60+ clients, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project execution. Prior to this role, Matias worked at Red Link S.A. from 2008 to 2019 in various positions, including Sales Management, Senior Business Analyst, and Quality Assurance Coordinator, where responsibilities included analyzing customer requests, coordinating testing teams, and managing product implementations. Early career experience includes roles at Winter Park Resort and UTN Buenos Aires. Matias holds degrees in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires.
