Sarah England

As BairesDev Chief of Staff for People, Technology & Operations, Sarah acts as a strategic liaison between BairesDev leadership, executives, and stakeholders and is responsible for building and supporting an organizational and communication framework that promotes effective operations in a hypergrowth environment.

Her primary focus areas include facilitating leadership meetings and strategic planning, guiding and measuring special and cross-functional projects, and driving continuous process evaluation and improvement.

Sarah holds a BA in Communications from Boston College and has more than 15 years of experience in client services, people management, and operations for rapidly scaling organizations.
