As BairesDev’s Chief Marketing Officer, Paul outlines the company’s vision and mission, fosters a customer-centric culture, and leads the modernization initiatives across the entire organization, consisting of over 3,500 engineers across 36 countries.
An entrepreneur by nature, he is an advocate of constant innovation that spearheads the core business strategy and the brand experience. He continually coordinates efforts with the HR, Engineering, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the principles and values behind which the brand purpose is delivered.
His goal is to take part in critical decision-making that drives sustained organic growth while helping teams succeed and overachieve in their respective roles. This focus on operational excellence led BairesDev to develop a self-sustaining growth process that required no external investments for the company’s global expansion.
Paul started his career as a software engineer at a very young age. His interest in business dynamics quickly drove him to a software architect role and then propelled his career towards management. He worked as Team Leader and Project Manager in numerous projects, lending his strategic vision to large public companies like Hewlett-Packard, Electronic Arts, and Nike.
That keen eye played a major role when joining forces with Nacho De Marco to create BairesDev and lay the groundwork of what would become the largest and fastest-growing bootstrapped company on the planet.
