Lisandro Pavetti is the VP of Innovation and Chief Architect at [BairesDev](/org/bairesdev). Lisandro has also served as the CTO of ComparaOnline.com, the Founder & CEO of Guarnic, and the Founder of Teklion. In their previous positions, they were in charge of planing and executing an expansion plan for Guarnic into the Latin American market, developing SOA applications for the transportation industry, and working as a software engineer for IBM.

Prior to this, they held the position of Business Development Analyst at Amcham Salvador from March 2020 to April 2021. Their responsibilities included prospecting and negotiating with companies to position the brand in Amcham Salvador`s projects, meeting with main executives, and planning strategies to position the brand. They also gave sales pitches.

Before their time at Amcham Salvador, Open Position worked as an Outbound Logistics Intern at Ford Motor Company from April 2018 to February 2020. There, they were responsible for damage control of imported vehicles (Argentina, Mexico and USA), implementation of damage metrics, and active participation in the global inspection project. They were also the environmental representative for MP&L Vehicle Logistics, in charge of Charge Back Management and Negotiation, overtime requests, suppliers payment, and simultaneous translation of meetings and documents.

Open Position began their career in human resources when they became the Human Resources Manager at Primus Consultoria Empresarial in June 2017. They held this position until April 2018.

Leonardo Pardo is the Director of Continuous Improvement at [BairesDev](/org/bairesdev). Leonardo has over 10 years of experience in project management and has worked with some of the largest companies in the world, including [Accenture](/org/accenture) and [Globant](/org/globant). Leonardo has a deep understanding of how to optimize processes and improve productivity for work teams. In their previous role as General Director / Chief Editor at Q'ACmos Producciones, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, from finances to day-to-day management. Leonardo has a proven track record of successful project management and is known for their ability to build strong relationships with clients.

As Chief of Research & Development Officer at BairesDev, Rocío heads all internal software development including ERPs, Big Data projects, business intelligence algorithms, and email marketing campaigns. She manages several specialized teams of developers, QAs, data analysts, and DevOps.

She taught herself C/C++ at the age of 13 for a programming contest and started working as a freelance web developer at 16. Since then, Rocío has been a tech advisor, math & programming contestant, and co-founder of a virtual reality startup. She enjoys hiking, trekking, and exploring new challenges and ideas.

As Head of Staffing at BairesDev, Natalia Rodriguez manages the team responsible for finding each new candidate’s ideal position, client, and team, through a very delicate process that combines in-depth technical matters as well as business needs and team composition.

She also leads the area in charge of our technical interviews which ensures every new employee meets our rigorous knowledge standards and supervises the constant revision and updating of our more than 50 engineer-oriented exams.

Natalia holds a degree in computer science and a Ph.D. in Geographic Information Systems. She has over 14 years of experience working in the industry for some of the biggest companies in Argentina.

As Head of Hiring Experience at BairesDev, Loli leads a team responsible for providing the best experience for candidates, as well as delivering a diligent hiring process that meets the needs of internal clients. She ensures procedures are well-executed to meet those needs, and overviews the final steps of the recruitment process.

Additionally, she is in charge of the Top Talent Pool, and ensures that candidates receive the necessary training before starting on the projects they are assigned to. This process guarantees the delivery of high-quality services to customers.

With a degree in law, Loli has worked for over twelve years in the IT recruiting business for several companies in Latin America and the United States. She has extensive knowledge of the IT market and an in-depth understanding of the needs of both engineers and clients.

As Head of Client Services, Luis is responsible for developing long-term client relationships through effective coordination of teams of senior Account Managers. He works together with our Operations, PMO, and Staffing teams to implement the best industry practices for our clients and their projects.

Luis possesses solid experience in service management for the tech industry and has focused his career in leading high-performing teams while fostering an open and positive work environment.

Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering as well as studies in biomedical engineering.

As VP of Operations, Damián has been leading every step of IT project delivery, adapting to different scenarios, and making a positive impact on projects and customers alike.

As SVP of Business Development, Bob is responsible for creating many of our key growth initiatives, including helping BairesDev build out a proactive commercial development discipline.

Bob is a business development leader with more than 20 years of proven experience in creating, building and executing world class GTM strategies, developing sales and channel organizations, guiding international expansion (EMEA, APAC), and spearheading growth initiatives. He also has a solid background in solving difficult challenges for a variety of industries, including the financial services, consumer, healthcare, media, and digital transformation sectors.

As Head of PMO at BairesDev, Diego is in charge of enhancing project operations and guiding the integrity of development practices through the exponential growth that the company has been experiencing over recent years. He works across all development areas, ramping operations, and ensuring every team applies our methodology.

With twenty years of experience in software development, Diego specializes in leading outsourcing teams. He has managed teams from Edinburgh, Madrid, London, Paris, and Buenos Aires, and is a true believer of Agile methodologies and founder of the platform Octavo Piso.

Diego holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a postgraduate degree in business administration.

As Chief Technology Officer (North America) at BairesDev, Lucas is responsible for assessing technical challenges of current projects and determining the suitable teams and approaches to solve those challenges. His aim is to develop internal processes to ensure our teams provide the highest quality of software delivery.

Having worked in technical research and training for several companies in Boston and New York, and co-founding the optics-based platform “GitBetter”, Lucas has the vision and tools to face the specific and complex programming challenges that our teams face daily.

Gabriela holds a bachelor’s degree in administration and finance and, as a senior consultant for numerous companies in the IT industry across the region, she is a proven expert in her field.

As co-founder and CTO of BairesDev, Paul makes all executive decisions concerning the technological interests of the company. He is responsible for outlining the company’s technical vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the business needs. He’s also the Head of Marketing & Communications, and in this role, he’s responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy.

Before establishing his own business, Paul worked for several years as Software Engineer and Software Architect for large public companies like Hewlett-Packard, Electronic Arts, and Nike. During these years, he gained a lot of experience in the software industry, and noticing the potential of Latin America as a highly-qualified software exporting region, he joined forces with Nacho De Marco and founded BairesDev.

Ezequiel is the VP of Talent Acquisition at [BairesDev](/org/bairesdev), responsible for implementing our vision at all levels across the Talent team. Ezequiel leads the strategy and development of all processes encompassing sourcing, recruiting and staffing.

He is a senior Developer and Manager with over 12 years of experience leading development projects and building effective and motivated teams.

As Chief Strategy Officer at BairesDev, Fernando Galano is responsible for defining the company’s strategy as well as designing plans for continuous improvement and management control.

He was a software developer for several multinational tech companies before becoming a Project Manager leading a large team of game developers at Electronic Arts. Soon after, he became the COO of a local Argentinian software development company where he was in charge of the entire company’s operation with more than 200 employees. In 2011, Fernando joined BairesDev and spearheaded the dramatic growth of the company, thus raising its standards of production and inserting maximum efficiency into its work ethic.

Fernando is regarded as a thought leader and a sort of math genius, with a passion for data science and statistical analysis. He received a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering and obtained summa cum laude, graduated with a Master´s in Economy and was awarded Dean´s List.

Fernando Galano

As Chief Business Development Officer at BairesDev, Facundo´s main goal is to secure the company’s fast growth pace while improving sales processes and overall experience of leads and current clients.

At the age of 10, Facundo started programming Basic and Assembler, and when he was 17 he founded his first company, On-Line Systems, an application venture that helped develop his IT sales skills. A developer by trade, he has worked for several big companies across the region on business and sales related leadership roles.

Facundo holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, as well as studies in project management and business administration.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Pablo Chamorro is responsible for leading and developing the sales department while passionately continuing to increase the revenue stream of our company. He has more than 20 years of consulting, management and sales experience in the information technology industry.

During his 17 years at Unysis, Pablo rose through the ranks to become South Cone Regional Manager and eventually Latin America Sales Vice President, where he reinvented the Unisys Transaction Manager product with worldwide implementation.
Pablo is a systems analyst and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, as well as studies in finance, business process optimization, ethics, and leadership development.

As Director of Delivery at BairesDev, Guillermo manages the successful implementation of BairesDev´s campaigns with a specialized focus on digital transformation solutions and Agile development. He works across PMO, Sales and Technology areas providing end-to-end alignment on building, implementing and delivering the right solutions for our clients.

Guillermo has more than 15 years of experience leading multiple teams across the globe on digital implementations for the financial, manufacturing, retail, and health industries, among others.

He has studies in software engineering and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Guillermo Carreras

As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at BairesDev, Nacho is responsible for defining and implementing short and long-term plans, ensuring the successful management of the company, and setting future strategy aimed at positioning BairesDev as the #1 Technology Services company in the region.

He became Project Manager for Google soon after graduating, working on some of their most ambitious projects. After that, he moved to Australia to be in charge of strategy & implementation for Kapsch, a leading tolling company. In 2009, he decided to use his expertise in managing ambitious technology projects to create BairesDev.

Nacho holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering as well as an MBA and is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. A native of Argentina, he now calls San Francisco his home. Nacho is the author of “IT Outsourcing to Latin America”, an Amazon-exclusive book that analyzes the software development market in LATAM. He is also a Forbes Technology Council member and a thought leader in the software outsourcing industry.

As Executive Vice President of Growth, E.B. is responsible for the strategic growth and maturation of BairesDev’s global presence. E.B. brings over a decade of leadership in a variety of revenue generation capacities for high-growth organizations in the technology space. He has a soft spot for manufacturing and IT engineering, the public sector, and emerging technology markets.

E.B.’s charter includes pursuing new clients, partnerships, and opportunities for growth, as well as the development and management of the global organizational structure to support these efforts. Ultimately, he is here to accelerate BairesDev´s evolution as a bigger, faster, stronger, smarter, and happier company, ensuring the same results for our stakeholders.

Based in Greensboro, NC, E.B. is a graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, Agustín is a strategic partner to the CEO aiming to expand the company’s overall productivity and effectiveness. He helps set our CEO’s strategic priorities, manages workload, reviews internal and external communications, and spearheads different strategic initiatives on behalf of our Principal Officer.

Having lived in more than ten cities and four countries worldwide, Agustín brings his vast worldly experience when dealing with multinational teams across different cultures. He has been involved in project management, presales, client engagement, and business development since joining BairesDev, incorporating the company-wide vision required to make impactful decisions to guide our operations.

Based in Toronto, Agustín holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering with studies in Buenos Aires and Salt Lake City and has achieved the Dean’s List on numerous occasions.
