Luis Miguel Ferreira Gaspar has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Luis Miguel is currently the Head of Commerce at Bairro Shop, where they lead the commerce team and oversees the execution of the commercial strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Wayfield, Trading Internacional, SA as the Trade Marketing and Retail Expansion Manager, where they were responsible for driving the marketing and trade plan for retail banners. Luis Miguel also has experience as the owner and store manager of MyIced, where they gained valuable insight into store management and business operations. Additionally, they have held positions at NRSA - Nova rede de Supermercados de Angola, Makro Cash & Carry Portugal, Sonae Distribuição, Datagal, Lda, and CNS – Companhia Nacional de Serviços, Lda, where they held various roles focused on marketing, customer relationship management, and market analysis.

Luis Miguel Ferreira Gaspar obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém - School of Management, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
