James Jilek

James Jilek is an experienced project manager and process engineer with a strong background in capital project management within the paper manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Process Engineer at Baisch Engineering Inc. since December 2014, James oversees capital projects for two facilities in Northeastern Wisconsin, handling budgets ranging from $20 million to over $3 million while managing multiple projects concurrently. Prior to this role, James worked at Sonoco as a Capital Project Manager/Engineer and at Rouman & Associates as a Project Engineer. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Lakeland University.
