David Mazzolini serves as the Produktionsleiter at Baitella AG | FISSO since April 2023, having previously held the same position at K. Widmann AG from November 2020 to March 2023. Prior to that, David held leadership roles at GE Power as Abteilungsleiter Prototypenfertigung from November 2015 to October 2020 and at Alstom Power in various capacities including Gruppenleiter Prototypenfertigung from August 2000 to October 2015. With a strong background in the operational and personnel management of prototype technology workshops, David has extensive experience in ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance, as well as in employee development, budgeting, and manufacturing processes. David is skilled in advising on design for manufacturing and has actively participated in the implementation and production of sensitive components using advanced technologies such as CNC machining, laser welding, and 3D printing. David holds a Dipl. Industriemeister from VIM and a certification from Swissmem in the Industrial Manager program.
