Abul Kalam Azad currently serves as the Zonal HR Head for North and National HR Lead for PSF at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, overseeing a workforce of over 10,000 with the support of a dedicated team. Notable achievements include establishing the Zonal Head journey as the top-performing zone in India and leading multiple clusters and states to consecutive number one rankings in HR performance. Azad's previous roles encompass HR leadership positions at renowned organizations such as American Tower, Blue Dart, Bharti Infratel, Hills Cement Company Limited, and Randstad India, where significant contributions were made in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy development. Azad holds an MBA in HR from The ICFAI University, Tripura, and a Bachelor of Arts from Gauhati University.
