Ashwin Shadagopan

Ashwin Shadagopan has a diverse background in operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Group Operations at Bajaj Allianz Life since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ashwin held various leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, including Delivery Leader and Consultant, and Account Leader. Ashwin's career began at Citigroup Global Services Limited, progressing through multiple roles, and included experience as a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Ashwin has significant experience in the insurance sector, having worked as State Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Ashwin holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the School of Social Science, Hyderabad Central University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Madras Christian College.
