Claudius Crasto has extensive experience in the insurance and service industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of Innovations Digital & Design Experience at Bajaj Allianz Life since July 2019. Previous roles include Vice President and Head of Innovations & Digital Experience, as well as Associate Vice President at Bajaj Allianz Life. Prior to this, Claudius held several positions at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd, including Associate General Manager of Innovations & Idea Lab. Claudius began a career at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, advancing through roles that emphasized e-commerce strategy, customer experience, and service quality. Claudius also has experience in team management in ITES technical support and customer retention, most notably with Hutchison 3 Global Services and Stream Global Services. Education includes a foundational degree at St. Dominic Savio High School.
