Pooja Srivastava

Pooja Srivastava currently serves as Associate General Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life since July 2023. Prior to this role, Pooja held several positions at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited starting in January 2003, including Associate Regional Manager overseeing corporate engagements in Delhi NCR, UP, Uttaranchal, and Haryana, and leading a team of 40. Pooja's responsibilities expanded through various roles that focused on training strategy, content development, and agency management, with notable achievements in enhancing pension contributions and managing comprehensive training across multiple regions. Pooja began a career in corporate sales at LINC PEN & PLASTICS LTD before pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and holds a BSC from Lucknow University.
