He empowers the large force of the Company’s Insurance Consultants (ICs, or agents as popularly known in the industry) with digital assets and easy-to-access knowledge of the Company’s value-packed life insurance products and seamless services. He consistently invests in the training and development of the ICs to ensure they understand the customers’ Life Goals and respond to their needs accordingly.

Sameer has been with Bajaj Allianz Life since 2014 and also led the HR function at the Company.

Sameer has spent nearly 17 years in the life insurance sector and is a seasoned leader with a focus on driving businesses to the path of profitability. A result-oriented distribution specialist, Sameer is skilled in business planning, sales, and talent management.
