Vidya Radhakrishnan

Vidya Radhakrishnan is an accomplished professional in the fields of product innovation and technology strategy, currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Product Innovation at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance since June 2023. In this role, Vidya leads the Generative AI practice, overseeing a team of developers and project managers, and has successfully implemented over 12 organizational use cases. Notably, Vidya developed the Smart Pitch Platform, a pioneering tool in the life insurance industry, and designed an AI/ML-based Speech Analytics Platform that enhances call center operations. Prior experience includes founding and serving as Chief Product Officer of Glome Healthtech, a mental health app startup, and consulting for Accubits Technologies Inc on technology and strategy. Vidya's background also includes application development at Accenture and product management at Astrek Innovations. Vidya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
