Aayush Kaul

Aayush Kaul is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and partnerships, currently serving as the Product & Partnerships Lead at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance since July 2025, focusing on the development of D2C products and the E-commerce ecosystem. Previously, Aayush held the position of Senior Product Manager at Paytm, where responsibilities included product life-cycle management and customer experience enhancement. Aayush also contributed to Ola as a Product Manager, where the creation of India's largest Embedded Protection Ecosystem was a key achievement. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Consultant at Capgemini, providing strategic advisory and technology implementation, as well as involvement in media and public relations during a time at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development. Aayush holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and Symbiosis International University.
