Dennis Mirajkar

Dennis Mirajkar possesses extensive experience in sales training and learning development within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vertical Head of Sales Training at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance since April 2018, Dennis oversees training initiatives aimed at enhancing the capabilities of sales and service employees. Prior to this role, Dennis was a Regional Training Manager at HDFC Standard Life Insurance from 2004 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing the Karnataka region and guiding a team dedicated to learning and development. Earlier career experiences include roles in customer service and training at Amway India Enterprises, where Dennis handled distributor queries and provided training. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Karnatak University and completed education at Fatima High School.
