Hitesh Shah

Hitesh Shah currently serves as the Vertical Head - Communities & Segmented Servicing at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance since February 2019, focusing on developing an Insurance Ecosystem and establishing a community for ecosystem customers. Previously, Hitesh held the position of Social Media Account Director at Windchimes Communications Pvt Ltd, managing accounts for prominent clients such as YES BANK and Lupin Pharma, where responsibilities included strategy, content planning, and community management. At Symantec, from 2010 to 2018, Hitesh progressed through various roles including Social Media / Digital Marketing Manager, where significant contributions were made in social media insights and digital marketing strategies. Hitesh began a career in user experience and research at Pure IT and has a solid educational background including an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
