Puneet Tiwari

Puneet Tiwari is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in managing training operations and projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Training & Projects at Bajaj Capital Ltd since June 2017, Puneet is responsible for planning and coordinating nationwide training initiatives, managing training schedules, and collaborating with regional trainers to enhance branch performance. Prior experience includes a role as Training Manager at Aegis Limited, where Puneet worked with telecom clients to develop training material and ensure continuous education for operations teams. Additionally, Puneet held the position of Assistant Manager - Training at Wipro Limited and Master Trainer at Convergys, focusing on onboarding and certifying new trainers. Puneet holds a Bachelor's degree in PCM from Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University and completed HSC in science at Kamal Model Sr Sec School.
