Bhavik Mistry currently serves as the Assistant General Manager - Finance at Bajaj Consumer Care, where responsibilities include executing financial corporate projects related to FP&A, Investor Relations, and Internal Audits, alongside preparing audit reports for the Audit Committee and collaborating with Business heads on Brand and Channel P&L management. Prior to this role, Bhavik held the position of Senior Manager - Finance & Reporting at Jotun Middle East, India and Africa, focusing on compliance with Corporate Finance policies and IFRS. Bhavik’s earlier experience includes serving as an Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young, executing statutory audits under IGAAP and USGAAP, preparing consolidated financial statements, conducting tax audits, and engaging in business development efforts. Bhavik is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
