Pooja Bajaj

Pooja Anant Bajaj currently serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, a position held since November 2018, where a focus on analyzing the competitive landscape of consumer companies is paramount. Pooja has also played a key role as a Director on the board, contributing to the company's strategic direction and culture of excellence. Prior to this, Pooja led the CSR initiatives focused on education through the EDU Connect project, aimed at enhancing practical learning experiences for students. Educational qualifications include an Executive Programme on Board Effectiveness from the Indian School of Business, a Mini MBA in Management Essentials from NYU Stern School of Business, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from St. Francis College for Women, and a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Foreign Trade from the same institution.
