Anand Wagh

Anand Wagh has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Anand began their career in 2004 with L&T Infotech, where they held various roles including Project Leader and Senior Engineer. At L&T Infotech, they were involved in porting Linux-based middleware DVB Stack to Android and worked on power management for Android phones. Anand also served as a Principal Engineer and Team Lead for a Webkit-based handset browser on the BREW mobile platform.

In 2011, Anand joined Persistent Systems as a Technical Specialist. Anand worked as an Onsite Coordinator and Senior Developer, focusing on hybrid multimedia video streaming web and mobile applications. Anand also led the development of Android applications, including a news application for a US Hispanic media news channel and a medical device monitoring tablet application.

Anand then joined Atos Syntel in 2014 as a Senior Consultant. Anand served as a React JS and React Native lead for the offshore development team, mentoring Angular and React JS teams. Anand also contributed to solution architecture creation and provided technical responses to RFPs. As an Architect/Principal Engineer in mobile application development, they led projects for a leading US auto parts provider and a US telecommunications provider, designing and implementing hybrid and native mobile applications.

In 2020, Anand joined Icertis as a Senior Manager in Platform Engineering. Anand was accountable for the architecture and development of the ACE UX of the ICI Platform. Anand also led estimations, capacity planning, and delivery of core platform features, while ensuring compliance with WCAG AA standards.

Most recently, Anand joined Bajaj Finserv Health in 2021 as a Principal Engineering Manager. In this role, they have implemented process improvements to enable cross-team collaboration and deliver quality output. Anand also has line management responsibilities for three functional squads.

Anand Wagh completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai in 2004. Anand has also obtained various certifications, including "Strategic Thinking," "Bootstrap 4 Essential Training," "UX Research: Going Guerrilla," "Microsoft Power Apps: AI Builder," "A Crash Course in Data Science," "Elastic Cloud Infrastructure: Containers and Services by Google Cloud on Coursera," "Elastic Cloud Infrastructure: Scaling and Automation by Google Cloud on Coursera," "Essential Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services," and "Essential Cloud Infrastructure: Foundation."
