Soham Dixit is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at Bajaj Finserv Health, leading a team in architecting and developing solutions for Auth, Sales, and Personalization Modules since November 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Lead and Software Development Engineer at American Express, where significant achievements included a 50% reduction in application loading latency for the Oyster+ Platform. Soham co-founded WorkRe and spearheaded the development of the WorkRe App & Web, transforming the co-working cafe experience. During tenure at the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, leadership involved overseeing the digitization of India’s CPI Data collection process. In earlier roles, Soham presided over Gen-Y and developed innovative IoT applications at VASPSolutions. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from SRM University.
