Zia Rahman

Zia Rahman currently serves as the Head of Design at Bajaj Finserv Health, where responsibilities include driving design innovation and fostering a design-driven culture to enhance user experiences. Prior to this role, Zia was the Head of Customer Delight at YUJ Designs, an award-winning UX consulting firm, and held the position of Director at JKT Learning Solutions, a subsidiary of J K Technosoft. Zia co-founded and served as Director at X|Optimo Technologies, focusing on enterprise IT solutions. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Zensar Technologies, Blue Star Infotech, and NetAcross, where Zia developed usability practices, promoted UX design, and managed various design and consulting initiatives throughout a career spanning over two decades in the UX and technology sectors.
