Currently serving as a Purchase Engineer at Bajaj Steel Industries Limited since November 2022, Swapnil previously held roles in sales and purchase at Metro Electricals from January 2018 to September 2022, and as Store Incharge at Central Engineering Corporation from March 2017 to December 2017. Swapnil completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University from 2012 to 2016, following a 12th grade education in science at Sainath Junior College from 2010 to 2012 and a 10th grade education at Tekede High School from 2001 to 2010.
